This grand building was built in the 1930s. The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and some of the many historical documents are housed here.  Universal Floors was hired to restore nearly every piece of wood floors in this 757,000 square feet building.  Many of the rooms had rare fumed English wide plank quartered oak.
